About ARISO

Complaints & Speak Up

ARISO is committed to a culture of transparency, integrity and continuous improvement. Whether you have a complaint about our services or want to report potential misconduct, we provide safe, confidential and supported pathways to do so.

Which pathway is right for you?

ARISO has two distinct processes depending on your concern. Take a moment to identify which one applies — each pathway offers different protections and is handled differently.

Make a Complaint

General feedback & dissatisfaction

A complaint is feedback expressing dissatisfaction with ARISO’s services, decisions, actions, conduct, or the handling of your personal information. All complaints are taken seriously and handled with fairness, respect and confidentiality.

Your complaint might relate to:

•  Quality or timeliness of ARISO services
•  A decision or action that affected you
•  Conduct of an ARISO staff member
•  How your personal information was handled

How we handle complaints:

Accessible
Fair & Respectful
Transparent
Confidential
Responsive

Anonymous complaints are accepted, though this may limit our ability to fully investigate or respond to your concern.

Submit your complaint to:

Speak Up (Whistleblowing)

Protected disclosures — potential misconduct

The Speak Up pathway is for disclosures of suspected misconduct, fraud, corruption, or serious breaches of law or regulation. Eligible disclosures receive strong legal protections under the Corporations Act 2001 (Part 9.4AAA) and Tax Administration Act 1953 (Part IVD).

Who can make a protected disclosure?

•  ARISO officers, employees and contractors
•  Suppliers and their employees
•  Relatives, dependants and spouses of the above
•  Former employees and associates

Your legal protections include:

•  Strict confidentiality of your identity
•  Protection from victimisation or detriment
•  Immunity from civil, criminal and administrative liability
•  Protection for anonymous disclosures

You may remain anonymous. Your identity will never be disclosed without your consent, and ARISO will take all reasonable steps to protect you.
